Deal of century: The trade without customers

After the surprise attack by the Zionist regime in 1967, which led to the catastrophic defeat of the Arab states in three days, one of the areas occupied by the regime was the West Bank, previously under Jordanian protection. In United Nations Resolution 242, the world body called on Israel to immediately withdraw from the occupied territories but these lands still remain under Israeli occupation today.

But after the plan of the deal of the century and its announcement by the President of the United States and the transfer of the US Embassy to Jerusalem in order to formalize this American-Zioni-Arab plan, and then acceptation of the official accession of the Syrian Golan Heights to Israel, which was occupied by the Zionist regime in 1967 are the steps taken by the United States to create the state of Israel and remove the Palestinian territories from the map over the past few months. A plan to forget the desire of Palestine, and the right of the Palestinians to return to their homes and lands, in which the pivotal role of the Arab reactionary countries led by Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates to the aristocracy can be seen.

Now following these steps, the Zionist regime is seeking the official annexation of the West Bank to its occupied territories with the green signal of the United States. The annexation, which has met with many reactions from various countries before it carried out, this opposition has not been limited to supporters of Palestine and the liberation of Jerusalem, such as Iran, and its scope has extended to allied and even allied countries of Israel.

One of the most notorious reactions in the media was the Jordanian king’s threat to start a war between the two sides, a threat that prowls the Zionist circles to prevent the consequences. But Zionist analysts are more concerned than Jordanian threats; they are concerned about the formation of a third intifada, which, of course, will be quite different from previous ones. This concern stems from Iran’s strategy in the West Bank, which the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution of Iran stated six years ago, in this strategy, he explicitly mentioned the arming of the people of the West Bank to confront the Zionist regime and the only way to out of these occupations. According to experts, the policy, when formally and publicly expressed by the first person on the axis of resistance, sends the message that this has already been done and has now been officially announced. The strategy that the world is now realizing, six years later, is a sign of strong and deep insight, as well as Iran’s firm support for Palestine.

The third intifada is an intifada that will no longer be made of stone and wood, an intifada that, if it happens, Israel will have to face another Gaza, but with the difference that the strategic depth of the territory of the occupied territories will be targeted, and this intifada will certainly not be limited to the West Bank, and Gaza will support its compatriots and invade the central occupied territories from both sides of the Occupied Palestinian territories. This is while mediating countries such as Egypt and Jordan also oppose the plan (deal of the century), in other words, they will be on the side of the Palestinian fighters.

In addition to all these reactions, we should pay attention to the human rights organizations and civil society organizations that have opposed the move, calling this crime a clear violation of UN resolutions that give Muslims the right to self-defense. It remains to be seen whether the Zionist regime will accept the risk of such an action, or by analyzing the situation and examining past experiences, will refrain from doing so.  In the coming days and months, we will see significant changes in this regard.
