Activists circulated on social media platforms a video recorded by a Palestinian young man showing Saudi products inside a factory in the Barkan settlement, located on occupied lands of the Salfit Governorate in the centre of the West Bank.
The video featured SABIC products, one of Saudi Arabia’s leading chemical companies in the world.
SABIC manufactures chemical products and is specialised in plastics, fertilisers, polymers and metals, and exports goods to many countries around the world.
Talks about Israel-Saudi Arabia diplomatic relationship have recently intensified after Trump talked about the importance of Riyadh for the security of Israel.
Israeli newspaper Haaretz talked, yesterday, about Saudi attempts to buy espionage software in 2015, and Israel’s rejection of such cooperation, following the initiation of a business deal between Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman and former Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak.
