Raza Academy holds protest to condemn Uri Terrorist Attack

Protest organised by Raza Academy to condemn Uri Attack.

MUMBAI: In its condemnation of Uri attack in Kashmir and its solidarity towards India, Raza Academy, Mumbai today staged a demonstration outside its Mumbai headquarters to show its support for the efforts of the Indian Army.

Muhammed Saeed Noori, President, Raza Academy said to TimesHeadline.com, “This attack on the army symbolizes an attack that the terrorists are waging on our country. We as Indians strongly stand by our country and would want the government to take all necessary actions against the perpetrators of the attack.”

The Uri Attack wherein seventeen died on Sunday, and the army confirmed that one critically injured soldier succumbed to his injuries on Monday, was among the deadliest in Kashmir and has sharply ratcheted up tension between India and Pakistan.

Raza Academy has strongly castigated the attack and expressed anguish over the deaths of the soldiers and calls upon the Indian government to undertake all necessary actions to stabilize the situation in Kashmir.
