After being accused of assaulting over 80 women, Harvey Weinstein is finally set to surrender to the New York police station. As several women celebrate the move, Gwyneth Paltrow has some interesting revelations.
In a recent radio interview, Paltrow said that Brad Pitt once threatened to kill Weinstein when the two actors were dating in the 90s.
Apparently, Weinstein asked for a massage, when Paltrow and he were alone in a room. Paltrow instantly told Pitt about the inappropriate behaviour. Pitt confronted the producer, when the three attended the opening of Hamlet on Broadway.
Pitt told Weinstein: “If you ever make her feel uncomfortable again, I’ll kill you.”
“It was the equivalent of throwing him against the wall,” Paltrow said in the interview.
“It was so fantastic. What he did was he leveraged his fame and power to protect me at a time when I didn’t have fame or power yet. He’s the best.” Added Paltrow.
Last year, Weinstein was accused of harassing over 80 women, including Salma Hayek, Gwyneth Paltrow and Angelina Jolie. Since then, Weinstein has been fighting legal cases, and trying hard to prove his innocence, but clearly failing miserably.
